Moved from article as unreferenced[edit]

Matter of attention It is surprised to note that in spite of 63 years of Independence, the natives of civil area of the cantonment Nasirabad are deprived of many basic rights regarding their ownership on the houses. Natives of the civil area are not entitle to create equitable mortgage of their immovable properties for obtaining loans as the banks and financial institution do not recognize the ownership on the property. Though the Britishers has gone but the people of this cantt are stiil in the clutches of the OLD GRANT POLICY of the year 1838 of serfdom .The Cantonment Land Administration Rules 1937 needs to be amended to the effect that the occupants can obtain loan from the Banks. Entries in The GLR and House Tax records are not mutated for the last many years. Hope the good sense will prevail but It requires peoples enlightenment.
