Nataliey Bitature was born in 1989, she holds both British and Ugandan Citizenship. Nataliey is the daughter of Patrick Bitature[2] and Carol Bitature[3][4]. She is a highly educated, Corporate Business Model, Entrepreneur, and Executive. She is a Leadership and Performance Coach[5] for Women.

Nataliey holds multiple achievements; she’s a Graduate Couch with a Certificate in ICF & BCC Accredited, achieved at Performance Coach University[6][7], a Doctor of Science, Business and Innovation (DSc Hon Causa) at Keele University in Staffordshire[8][9], UK, she then achieved an Executive education Certificate in Public Narrative: Leadership, Storytelling and Action (Exec Edu Cert) at John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and commenced achieving an Executive Education Certificate in Leading Successful Programs: Using Evidence to Assess Effectiveness (Exec Edu Cert), at John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University[10] in Boston, MA, USA, she attained a Master of Social Entrepreneurship (MSc) at Hult International Business School in San Francisco, CA, the USA under Project Management Specialization, then achieved a Certificate at Emerging Leader’s Programme (PGCert) at London School of Business and Finance in London, UK, and a Bachelor of Business Managementt and Education Studies (BA Hons) at Keele University in Staffordshire, UK, in Dissertation: International Education Systems and the Schooling Experience

Nataliey Bitature is the Chief of Staff at The Simba Group[11] and Managing Director of Simba Group in Kampala, Uganda. She is an intellectual attraction to the people on what can be achieved in their careers, she has provided strategic advice, problem solving, growth & development for employees in Kampala across all various sectors of-Hospitality, Media & Communications, Renewable Energy, and Real Estate. She frequently engages, organizes, liaises, and communicates with local and international partners on behalf of the Chairman- including Mastercard Foundation[12], Office of the President of Uganda, UNHCR[13], UNICEF[14], UNFPA[15], Ministry of Tourism[16], Minister of Education[17], and Marriott International[18].

Nataliey Bitature is the Director of The Bitature Foundation responsible for all charitable donations and endeavors. She participated in the development of a financial literacy curriculum for ‘Project500k’[19][20] training both rural youth and radio listeners. She has created and developed a youth empowerment program aimed at helping young Ugandans become inspired and ambitious entrepreneurs. Nataliey Bitature is a women in business influencer who started public Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube pages, where she shares content on personal development and entrepreneurship. The mission of these pages is to share business knowledge, connect and grow a community of empowered African entrepreneurs. She’s the Managing Director[21] for Protea Hotel by Marriott Kampala[22][23][24] and Protea Hotel by Marriott Kampala Skyz[25]. Skyz hotel won an award for being the 'Outstanding New Hotel of the Year ‘during the annual Ekkula Tourism Awards[26], at Sheraton Kampala Hotel. Nataliey oversaw budgets, hotel rooms, food & beverage outlets, and conference halls while coordinating training and quality control and reported new developments to the Marriott International Board on hotel outcomes and strategy quarterly and financials monthly.

Nataliey is the Founder and Director of Musana Carts[27] | San Francisco & Kampala, she invented solar-powered street vending units with lights, fridges, phone charging sockets, training and aided support through crowdfunding to provide solar-powered[28] food carts to micro-entrepreneurs[29] and rebelled to be a leader in a team working to economically empower street food vendors in Kampala, she then negotiated strategic partnership and branding opportunities with Coca Cola, MTN and secured a grant from Ideo.org[30] and a grant from Mastercard Foundation[31][32], which then steered market research, focus groups, and surveys on women working in Kampala food markets for Musana Carts. Musana Carts has a relationship with Kampala Capital City Authority[33][34] (KCCA) and all carts are pre-registered to legally operate within the city. The company offers microfinancing services for those who cannot afford to buy a cart outright and also educates and trains them on food processing and safety.

Nataliey is the Co-Founder and Director of EnerGrow in Kampala, Uganda[35], where she built strategy, alliances, and partnerships for training the credit assessment, and productive energy use operational plan. She also had to oversee the operations of the company to ensure the implementation of a strategic plan, policies, and goals that carried out focus groups and qualitative research surveys in refugee settlements. She participated in grant funding for company research and development from Clasp and the Ugandan Ministry of ICT[36], and as well facilitated partnership with Rockefeller Foundation[37][38] and Umeme Ltd[39][40] for a specialized pilot project, and successfully exited the company, remaining on the Board.

She was appointed the Food & Agriculture Innovation[41] Presenter at the World Bank Spring Meetings & blog writer, and she presented at the Clinton Global Health Initiative Annual Conference. Nataliey Bitature is also the Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Officer of Real Estate Agency and Maintenance Company, which are the Tateru Properties[42] & Handymen Uganda[43]in Kampala, Uganda, and in these, she created and coordinated marketing campaigns and industry events with many people, where she planned and managed operations on residential, and commercial sites. She established internal communications systems Building Social Enterprise Empire, recruited and mentored employees. Nataliey was the Investment Banking Intern at Standard Bank Uganda in Kampala, Uganda and she provided administrative and financial support for a five-member management team, she also prepared and evaluated multiple financial projections for a company presentation, researched multiple sectors, and drafted industry reports for client investments.

She was the Assistant to the Board at The Simba Group in Uganda, Kenya & Tanzania, where she reviewed and assessed a constant stream of business plans and budgets. She would retinue to the Chairman of the board when he was the keynote speaker at Stanford Africa Business Forum[44] & Harvard Kennedy School Dean’s Council[45]. She also organized and hosted a dinner for Professor Mohammed Yunus and many leading business community members.

Nataliey Bitature launched “HER”[46], an online mentorship platform; focusing on mentoring several women in business and career development, the platform provides original courses created by Nataliey herself, the private Facebook group is a supportive community where the ladies running the platform share empowering and motivational posts daily and she also provides one on one mentorship with several ladies from the group. Nataliey also taught workshops in public speaking, goal setting, and financial literacy for women entrepreneurs. She is a frequent Rotary[47] & Rotaract guest speaker on entrepreneurship[48]. She Co-hosted and presented at The Empowered Women’s Conference online, she also developed and hosted The Business Revolution[49] and an online educational TV show.

Natalie is a motivational guest speaker for UNFPA[50][51], RadioCityFm[52], Millennial Summit, Nexus Philanthropy, Voice of Africa[53], Smart TV[54], UNYPA[55][56], Andela[57][58], NBS TV, Makerere Business School[59], ILO[60][61], Leeds Business School[62], ABSA Bank[63], Mastercard Foundation[64][65], Flutterwave[66][67]. She is the Africa Brand Ambassador for Education for Ireland[68] and Flutterwave.

Nataliey Bitature was named Forbes 30 Under 30 Entrepreneur and because of her goal-oriented achievements and productive business skills, she was Appointed Gates Foundation Goalkeeper[69]. In additional to her reliability and dependability she became the Young Achievers Uganda Award Winner Business Category[70].

Nataliey was also Awarded World Economic Forum[71], Africa’s Top 5 Women Innovators[72] and became a Hult Prize Global Finalist and was Awarded a Youth Rising Star Organization Manager[73] Award and Lamudi[74] Best Large-Scale Real Estate Agency Award A Mentorship Leader[75].

Nataliey Bitature is the Council Member for the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry[76]-Global Impact for Businesswomen, Entrepreneurs and professionals (WICCI). She was appointed a board of Directors for Simba Properties Investment Company[77], Uganda Property Holdings Ltd (UPHL). @LoritaShepherd: sorry for not replying right away, but this is not what you need to do. Please request individual changes that you would like to see in the article, with a reliable source that verifies each change. For example you could request the text you have above regarding the platform "HER", provided you give a published source that details Bitature's involvement. The little notes you included in your recent edits are not sources and the home page of a university also does not verify anything. If your only request is to just replace the current article with your own text, then our response is "no". -- Fyrael (talk) 20:13, 20 April 2022 (UTC)

No, an editor who has made substantial recent edits to the article has a COI. That those edits have been reverted does not change that. If, after some period of time, that behavior ceases then the template ceases to be relevant. At the moment, imo, it is too soon to remove it. Nthep (talk) 18:13, 4 April 2022 (UTC)

How does it not change that? None of the current content of the article was written by that editor. Any other article I've seen such a tag on had it removed once the content had been removed. Having the banner there suggests to readers that the content may be untrustworthy, which is not the case. I'm going to remove it. -- Fyrael (talk) 19:12, 4 April 2022 (UTC)
