"The National Academic Games Project is the oldest continuously running program involving the Academic Games competitions in the nation." Can we find out which nation? Also, as the article stands, it's a strong candidate for being merged into the Academic Games article. Is there enough more information available to merit keeping this as its own article? Participant 1st person?[edit]

No reference links. Purely 1st person anecdotal. I was a participant at Nova in '68 &'69. Dayton HS in the Armstrong School District in western PA won WFF 'N Proof in '68.
