There are two pages for the same organization (the other is Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse). Should they be combined?

Even though it is an "opinion" article, the following URL contains an excellent chronology of the controversy surrounding CASA's in-name-only association with Columbia University, on the grounds that their research is not peer reviewed. This organization history is mentioned in the article on Califano, but should probably be mentioned here as well. I have copies of the correspondence between CASA/CUNORML and the Columbia Senate and can attest that that portion of the article is accurate (and can provide scans if needed): [1] (71.233.165.69)
