NEAC congress 1981 was held in Melbourne?[edit]

I think the third congress was held in Melbourne in 1981 with the main speaker being John Stott? Unless there are two different congresses with the same name? See references. Also the link to a NEAC website at end of article no longer works. Can the author of this NEAC please clarify this on the article and provide citations.
