The 4th paragraph refers to the "U.S. Code of Ethics", which I'm pretty sure should be the "United States Code". The quotation appears to be 36 USC 142; if so, the citation is incompletely stated. [edit]An American friend of mine was surprised when she found out Feb 1st is a holiday and that was the cause for her credit card not getting credited, and I tracked the Day to this article. The article doesn't say if it's a federal holiday Feb 1st from now on, or if it's a federal holiday at all without going back tens of years.
