Publication section is useful for me to understand the objectives and goals of an institute. While I am still to learn those concepts discussed on the page, an input to start with, and you are free to make a new section in the article.
According to the Kansai Power in Japan,(in Japanese) the "RAPID project", or Research and Public Information Dissemination Program, 1993–December 1998), was conducted. The department final report was presented to the US Congress in June 1999 (due 1992 Energy Policy Act: PL102-486 Section 2118). In the above link, 2+ publications are mentioned;

  • May 1998: Working group report,
  • June 1999: final report,
  • As of 1998 the Interagency Committee (IAC) was planned to release scientific knowledge gained therein for citizens and policy makers.

Supervisor: the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) on the characteristics of electromagnetic fields as well as considering mitigation measures.
