Sears and Arsht Center[edit]

I started separate article on Sears, Roebuck and Company Department Store (Miami, Florida) just now, hoping to sort out whether there might be an error in the NRHP info coverage in the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts article. It seems unusual, at least, that the name of the NRHP listing would be the store, and then all but one tower would be demolished. Note the NRHP reference number is in the 84xxxxxx series, suggesting NRHP listing in progress in 1984. Is it really still NRHP-listed? I tried checking the purported 1997 listing to see if it was in fact a delisting, but it does seem to be a listing. Surely some more information about the listing should be given.
