Proposal to rename article[edit]

I propose to rename this article Natural Environment and Rural Communities (NERC) Act 2006 to aid its discovery in searches. Within the field of those who regularly refer to this legislation it is commonly referred to as the "NERC Act" or "NERC Act (2006)", or is qualified with the letters (NERC) prior to the word "Act". See here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and so on.

I must declare an interest in that I work within this field, but would offer the thought that it would be those Wikipedia users most likely to have heard of that Act (written as it often is, as an abbreviation), that would benefit from the ability to look for - or see results containing those letters - and thus to quickly find and select it. I also suggest creating a new redirect page NERC Act (2016) might also be helpful in the future so as to redirect back to this page. WP:RDR is not an area I'm currently familiar with.
