columns[edit]

The chart with 3 columns has persisted essentially unchanged for over 3 years. Even if we expected column 3 to be populated in more than 2 rows, it would be an awkward misuse of the format; structure of sections and subsections would do the job better. As it stands, a section presenting the structure as an outline, a 'graph for the summary of the Preface, and a hierarchical list for the catch-all chapter will serve better.

Removed quotation[edit]

Fair use of quotations entails lifting them in order to comment on them; otherwise you paraphrase them and you don't need the wording in front of the reader. In this case, there is no clear purpose except to avoid the trouble of adequate paraphase. I have removed the quote to this section in order to identify what's been removed. Then i will remove it from here in another edit, and leave it to others to determine whether it needs to be removed from the histories of the article and this talk page.
