Hello CodePanda,

I see that this article is being made from a redirect. I am wondering if it is possible to merge this with the Dosa article, rather than creating a new article? It would get better visibility that way... and that article is not long.

In the meantime, please see reliable sources. Blogs, for instance, aren't reliable sources. The Masala dosa article did a fairly good job of using newspapers, as I remember. Books are also good.

If I can help, let me know. I am getting hungry, great pictures!--CaroleHenson (talk) 03:23, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Here are some google books here and a cool tool to format them here.--CaroleHenson (talk) 03:28, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Carol, Thanks for your inputs. This was earlier an article but was redirected to "Dosa" by one of the editors, claiming it lacks citations. So I have added the "under construction" maintenance tag. I will consider your suggestion of having book references as the citation. --CodePanda
Ok, that would definitely be better than a blog. Blogs are not considered reliable sources because there is no journalistic or editorial process to ensure that the content is true. However, books do go through an editorial process. When I see blogs used as sources, I think the content is not notable because reliable, secondary sources (like newspapers, magazines and books) could not be found - which means the article becomes a target for nominated for deletion.--CaroleHenson (talk) 16:49, 5 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
