Employee[edit]

This page was last edited by an employee of the University, possibly in the marketing department. It should probably be re-written by students and past students. Perhaps facebook would be a good place to start recruiting editors. -- 21:20, 6 August 2007 (UTC)

Hmm, this page needs a lot of work. Parts of it are wildly inaccurate - NMMU was most certainly not founded in 1882, for example. I'll give it a shot when I've got some time. Joziboy (talk) 08:21, 1 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Top SA University[edit]

Would someone please clarify the statement "NMMU is a top SA university". Whom has ranked it 8th in Afica and by what measure? One of the few list it appears on is Webometrics ([[1]]), where it is 8th in South Africa and 10th in Africa. Conflict in rating[edit]
