Hello, I'm new to Wikipedia editing. I just got a job at NetWitness and I've noticed our company Wikipedia page has some inaccurate and outdated information. I read the Conflict of Interest policies from Wikipedia and I know I cannot edit my own company's info, so could someone update the information? This request is not for promotional reasons, but because NetWitness has changed ownership and business focus. Feel free to contact me if any questions or please let me know if there are any issues. Thank you.

For the box on the right-hand side, could someone please correct the errors:

1) "NetWitness Corporation" - official company name is just "NetWitness" (capital "W" within the name)

2) "Industry" - actual industry should be "Threat detection and response"

3) "Predecessor" - should be "Dell Technologies" (Dell sold NetWitness to Symphony Technology Group)

4) "Founded" - the year is incorrect, should be "1997"

5) "Defunct" - this is incorrect, we are not defunct! and still in business, please remove, thank you.

6) "Fate" - can that term be changed to "Current Ownership" or if not, it should read "Acquired by Symphony Technology Group (STG)"

7) "Headquarters" - the NetWitness business is based in Massachusetts, so should be "Bedford, Massachusetts, USA"

8) "Key People" - the individuals listed were tied to previous ownership - should be "Rohit Ghai"

9) "Website" - there is a dedicated corporate public site now: should be "www.netwitness.com"

THANK YOU FOR CORRECTING THESE ERRORS.

Olivertwist20, you need to provide the references in support of your requested edits. Please read Edit request guidelines. Chirota (talk) 15:40, 10 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Partly done: Hi. To submit a new logo, please follow the steps here, as we cannot do it for you. "Threat detection and response" is PR, whereas Network security has its own Wikipedia article. Both ManTech and Dell were predecessors, so that was clarified. We will need independent sourcing for: founding year, the company operating, HQ, and key people. Thank you.
