Usage during the period 1937-1945

The article is at variance with https://www2.landesarchiv-bw.de/ofs21/olf/einfueh.php?bestand=7377 which does not describe the school as anything to do with troubled boys and also states that the school was used as a hospital during the war. However I only have the machine translation to go by which says:

In the spring of 1839 in Meersburg a Catholic teacher training college as a "second seminar for the upper parts of the country" with Philip Nabholz (1782-1842) opened as a director.
