Notability and issues

[edit]

I earlier updated this article to provide 3rd-party citations (see References at bottom), substantiated notability (work with Microsoft Directmusic and the 1996 Summer Olympics qualifies). Unclear how this is advertising relative to other digital video companies like Red Giant Software or Sony Vegas, as the details (including awards to confirm notability) are factual — and the product listing is straightforward. Left the "COI" because this is true, and I'd appreciate further updating of the article by other sources. Thanks graciously. --Torley (talk) 05:44, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think it stands in terms of notability yet, but I won't re-add. I'm taking my replies to User talk:Torley, since the article has been created and deleted multiple times today- Torley's userpage seems like a more centralized page for the discussion. I'd refer other editors to (a) read that page, and/or (b) userify the page instead of outright speedy deleting it. tedder (talk) 05:51, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

How is this still on WikiPedia? It's been flagged as an advertisement for nearly three years, and rightly so: it reads like a script for a promo video. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.5.108.130 (talk) 14:56, 11 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Product Brochure

[edit]

The section on products also reads like a product brochure, not like an encyclopaedia entry. It's better missed until something clean can take its place. And more references are required to show notability. -SpacemanSpiff (talk) 05:56, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, Ckatz condensed the products. Added more references, and can continue discussion on my talk page. --Torley (talk) 06:07, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
