[edit]Former NY Governor David Paterson is the new chair of the state Democratic Committee. He was appointed yesterday by Andrew Cuomo. 74.69.9.224 (talk) 15:26, 22 May 2014 (UTC)
- Julie Ann Racino from upstate New York is a member of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) since 2009 under President Barack Obama to now 2022. She served as a member of the New York State Democratic Committee in 2017 during the re-election campaign of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, when he won a third term.
- The local Democratic boards and election boards are separate entities in New York located at local governments and municipalities (which may be led by the opposing parties, e.g., Republican).
- On the national level, DCCC under Nancy Pelosi turned the US House of Representatives blue in 2018 (See, this site for NYS electives). The Democratic Leadership Council, another Democratic organization, was represented by Andrea Stewart Cousins in New York State.
- The NYS Senators (photos, Schumer and Gillibrand) only claimed to be with the Senate Majority PAC which seeks funds for the US Senatorial campaigns. Sen. Gillibrand was appointed by Gov. David Patterson to that role.
