Comments:

  1. Are the exact years the route was created and decommissioned known?
  2. If possible, try to get a map for the infobox showing the former route
  3. In second sentence of lead, wikilink individual towns
  4. Begin last sentence of lead with "As"
  5. "more populated district"? sounds awkward
  6. Replace "for a northward one" with " by heading north"
  7. "trans-Erie County highway"? sounds awkward
  8. Replace "beginning a parallel with" with "running parallel to"
  9. In last sentence of route description, remove comma after later and "ending"
  10. Combine second and third sentences in history
  11. In fourth sentence of history, do not need to refer to NY 18 as extended highway
  12. In same sentence, replace "all" with "them"
  13. Reomve "that stretched" from fifth sentence in history
  14. "and most of it as New York State Route 75"? need to rephrase
  15. If possible, try to get a picture of the route as it looks today or a historical picture from when the route existed
  16. Fix the spelling of "of" in Yahoo Maps reference
