"Residents in Labrador are lobbying the Quebec government to realign the highway, as well as the Newfoundland and Labrador government to upgrade the Trans-Labrador Highway from loose surface to asphalt at Trans-Canada Highway standards."

LOL, yeah right, it'll never happen. I can only imagine the costs of such an undertaking would simply be astronomical. I believe it would have great benefits for the province though. 156.34.248.37
