Removal of controversial part - teenage expate/oversea student

"Newton Food Centre is also a common "hang out" location for many teenage expat students." This sentence do not show that there are any disputes between Newton Food Centre (stalls, consumers) and many teenage expat/oversea students. It should be removed from the controversy.
