Residence

[edit]

In a letter to me and several others last Christmas (2007), Julia Jones said that she and Nic had now moved to Yelverton (I conclude from the reference to Dartmoor that she means the one in Devon, not the one in Norfolk); so I've altered this entry accordingly. See the address given for Mollie Music on Nic's website for confirmation. Paul Magnussen (talk) 23:13, 15 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

guitar style

[edit]

It is dubious to state that one "Without nails, the player needs to pluck the strings with some force to achieve sufficient volume and this causes the strings to lift up and rebound against the fingerboard". It is perfectly common to employ fingerpicking without nails without resulting in Jones' slapping style. Mutt Lunker (talk)
