Lists and sections are not supposed to be empty, of course, and there are many examples of this. The sections "Coaching staff", and "Players", "Records", and "Honours" are all empty and some are orange-tagged as a result. There are two empty lists in the "Players" section as well, in addition to one in the "Coaching staff" section and two in the "Records" section. I am also not convinced of the need for results tables for tournaments such as the World Cup, Olympics, and African Games given Niger has never qualified for any of them.
2. Verifiable with no original research:
	2a. it contains a list of all references (sources of information), presented in accordance with the layout style guideline.	Ref 12 is tagged as a dead link and does not target the desired page. Ref 16 is not updated to the present day; it states that no matches have been played but at least four matches are mentioned by the article. Several formatting issues could be cleaned up as well, particularly the `website` parameters, which can also be linked.
	2b. reliable sources are cited inline. All content that could reasonably be challenged, except for plot summaries and that which summarizes cited content elsewhere in the article, must be cited no later than the end of the paragraph (or line if the content is not in prose).
	2c. it contains no original research.	"Competitive record" has no citations.
	2d. it contains no copyright violations or plagiarism.
3. Broad in its coverage:
	3a. it addresses the main aspects of the topic.	Not a huge deal, but there's a little more content about "Background and development" rather than the team itself

Competitive record[edit]

The "WAFU Women's Cup record" table's totals are all incorrect, since 3+3 is not 3 (either time) and 20+32 is not 17. Also, the total of "Group Stage" and "Group Stage" being "Group Stage" seems like an incorrect use of the term "total" to me.

Overall review conclusion[edit]

WP:GAR states that An individual assessment may be closed after seven days of no activity. As there has been no activity on the review for eight days, I am closing the review. My conclusion is that the article fails GA criteria 1a, 1b, 2a, 2c, and 3a at least, and therefore will be delisted.
