Interesting. I had assumed that part to simply be a poor quality machine translation of the lede of the Albanian Wikipedia article. In that basis, I find it likely that Koka11 is Nijazi Ramadani himself.--Auric talk 23:54, 23 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, it raises interesting copyright questions - was that site copied from Shqip wikipedia or vice versa? As to real-world identity, I believe it's better not to speculate; anyone could have copied stuff from that page and posted it here. But Koka11 probably has a conflict of interest at this article - he/she knows the subject well enough to have taken the portrait photograph.
