Split NTV's corporate functions into Nippon Television Holdings

I propose that NTV's corporate functions (as in the entity that exists since 1952, not the 2012 wholly-owned entity that holds the NTV license) would be split into Nippon Television Holdings, so it can get a companion on the 日本テレビホールディングス page on the Japanese Wikipedia. However, the page in question currently redirects to the NTV page and that the page has been drafted and has references. As of this writing, the only certified holding companies to have a page on this wiki are TXHD, TBS and MBS, but why not NTVHD, Fuji Media Holdings, TV Asahi HD, ABC Group HD, KBC Group HD, CBC, RSK and BSN Media HD?
