Incorrect regional info[edit]

What nonsense is this? Firstly, Kouvola is in Kymenlaakso, not in South Savonia. Secondly, AFAIK Kouvola was never in Eastern Finland, and in any case that regional entity hasn't existed since 2009. And as if that's not enough, the article then confuses and combines two different Niskajärvis, this one and the one in Pieksämäki. That's a lot of errors for a short stub.
