Additional Irritating Factors

[edit]

Apparently diet can also be a factor in NGU. (Also referred to as nonspecific urethritis prior to confirmation of a non-gonococcal source.) High quantities of acid (juices, sodas) can occasionally cause inflammation. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.109.55.138 (talk) 01:52, 17 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What does this mean FGS ?!!

[edit]

Looks like randomised pseudo-medical technobabble: "A completed "November 19, 2009" Phase II Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Double-Blind 4-Arm Trial for the Treatment of Non-Gonococcal Urethritis (NGU): Doxycycline (Plus or Minus Tinidazole) Versus Azithromycin (Plus or Minus Tinidazole)." ajs — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.96.59.93 (talk) 09:59, 3 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Definition

[edit]

Does the definition cover all causes that are not caused by gonococcal infection, or is the definition inclusive only of those causes that are not STI related? The article fails to state, and I cannot find a defintion that also excludes other STI related micro-organisms other than gonococal infection 66.90.153.184 (talk) 02:39, 6 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Have you read the article especially the section called "Causes"? Ruslik_Zero 20:56, 6 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
