Notes[edit]

Temporary wetleases such as LOT and Carpatair for temporary high-load routes should be NOT added to the fleet.--Mistersun (talk) 12:06, 6 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It also looks like Nordica employees are frequents around here with anonymous edits. Please consider creating account and stating your intentions. This is not the perfect solution right now. Mistersun (talk) 07:03, 13 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Nordica is a Virtual airline[edit]

At the website About Nordic Aviation Group:

Nordic Aviation Group was established with a resolution of the Estonian Government on 25 September 2015 to guarantee flight connections for Estonia. The company belongs 100% to the state of Estonia.

Nordica and the new strategic partner LOT Polish Airlines started joint cooperation as of 19. November 2016. The cooperation involves a joint commercial platform and ticket sales system, as well as the sharing of airline codes. Nordica will provide services to LOT in order to increase the efficiency of the operation of regional flights. The first new route that Nordica will start servicing in the coming months is Stockholm-Warsaw. With the export of flight services increasing, Nordica will supplement its fleet with three new aircraft and create over 70 jobs in the next year. As a necessary element of the strategic cooperation, LOT will acquire 49% shareholding in Nordica’s subsidiary undertaking Regional Jet.

Nordica has no air operator's certificate and is a 100% subsidiary of Nordic Aviation Group.

Regional Jet (51% share by Nordica, 49% share by LOT Polish Airlines) has an air operator's certificate and operates most of the aircraft for Nordica (Airline).
