Comments
  • Oslo S was known as Oslo Ø (Oslo East Station) back then.
  • Hotel Viking was built for the 1952 Olympics, but the text gives the impression that it was taken over in the 1920s.
  • 'First Class' is a common noun and thus not capitalized.
  • 'Stove' is over-linking, as is 'car'.
  • Linking 'merge' is fine, but perhaps link it at the first occurrence.
  • If the English name of Fritt Ord is 'The Freedom of Expression Foundation', then just use that (and move the article if you feel like it), but double-check that it is the official English name before moving.
  • Narvesen-Spisevognselskapet should have an endash.
  • The image of the dining train at Arkivverket on the Bergen Line is from 1909, thus in the public domain and can be uploaded to Commons.

Looks good, but it is a rather short article. Have you looked at the book by Just? If you don't have access to it, I can borrow it from the library at UiB, but as it is at the depot, I won't have it until Monday. Placing on hold. Arsenikk (talk) 17:45, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the review. I haven't seen Just's book; it was merely listed as a source in the Arkivmagasinet journal article and I wasn't able to find it at the library. It would of course be great if you can find it and expand the article with it! --Eisfbnore talk 19:19, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Sure. As mentioned, they need a day to get stuff from the depot, then comes the weekend, so I'll have to wait until then. If the rest of the stuff is done, we'll just wait until then. Arsenikk (talk) 19:35, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I've added some stuff from the Just book and a few other things I came across in the process. I've uploaded some images to Commons as while, but I'll have to take a look at that tomorrow. Could you take a look at my additions, please? Arsenikk (talk) 22:44, 12 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Impressive! It's bed for me now, but I look forward to read through it tomorrow. --Eisfbnore talk 22:52, 12 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I have now copyedited the article, but I do not understand this sentence: "The board stated that they wanted to minimized the conflict of interests between the railway company and the dining car operator, the need to centralise operations, to allocate a larger share of the revenue to the railway company, and to ensure the high quality of service on services established on new lines". --Eisfbnore talk 12:45, 13 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Fixed the sentence. I guess the article is ready to be passed then. Arsenikk (talk) 13:43, 13 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
