Purpose of this page

Overlapping content
[edit]After creating this article, I have discovered other articles that seem to cover this subject much better, however, they do not explain the acronym NOCI, which is sprinkled in many places, such as the ebay litigation.
I see that "Takedown notice" has been replaced by a redirect. I am wondering if my article should be replaced by a redirect to a new section in another article. I would like the opinions of more experienced editors, before I develop this article any further. Elacy (talk) 18:49, 1 December 2011 (UTC)
