Cis or trans?

The article states Cis, but I am lead to believe they are enantianomorphic molecules (S. Borman, Chiral route to anticancer agent: Fist enantioselective synthesis of nutlin-3...) and I recall reading about the effective dose being half the delivered dose due to chirality. wrong formula

The molecular formula should have Cl-two instead of C-twelve. To address the previous comment, there are two enantiomers of the cis form (and also two enantiomers of the trans form for a total of four stereoisomers). 69.72.92.85 (talk) 05:19, 21 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
