This article seemed of poor quality to me, so I've decided to be be bold and heavily re-write it. I have:

Generally cleaned up the sentences, making the article easier to read
Cut the line about "cat years" from the intro; there isn't really a reliable source for 32 cat years being 144 "human years", and other articles for old animals don't include such lines.
Removed "He was not our cat, we were his humans and he never lets us forget that. I think that was the secret to his long life."
Removed the lines about what Nutmeg liked to eat
Removed this source since, after the previous 2 bullet points, it no longer had a place in the article.
Re-organized the Death section to be in chronological order.

I think this is a step in the right direction but it still leaves a few issues. For one, the already stubby article is now even shorter. I don't really know how to make it longer. I considered adding a section about the cat's life and moving the quotes from the owner there, but I didn't feel there was enough content to populate an entire section. Second is that I don't know how to properly address the concern that "tabby" isn't a breed. On the page Domestic short-haired cat, it states that "The term tabby cat technically refers to a coat pattern, but is also often used as a general term for cats of this sort."
