  • "Or best offer", an abbreviation used on sale advertisements to mean that a price is negotiable.
    (not supported by Negotiation or Auction articles)
  • "Off by One", a term used to describe arithmetic errors.
    (not supported by Off-by-one error article)
  • "On Behalf Of", an abbreviation used on documents/correspondence when one party is acting as an agent of another.
    (not supported by relevant articles)
  • Output back off, related to power control in satellite communications
    (not supported by any one of several articles consulted)
