OCL The OCL is a commonly used term used in Cross Country referring to an old, generally washed up, or injured running. Runners participating in the OCL during one season are not doomed for Indoor and Outdoor track. But sadly, in Cross Country, they are spectators. Once an OCL member, one is an honorary member for life. Also assosiated with OCL cake, reserved for members of the OCL. Common signs of spotting a member: Walking during a race. Dropped out of above mentioned race. Not making it to the starting line of mentioned race. Not making the roster of mentioned race. Never "peaking" in a race.

An OCL member forfits their spot of the team when:

The make it to states *exception- Never running during regular season and going to states. Moving rapidly Approaching a meet as if they will contribute. Members of the orininal OCL can induct and kick out any person into or out of the OCL.
