Not neutral article[edit]

I suspect that this article is not neutral (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Neutral_point_of_view) in relation with the exploitations in the Western Sahara.

It is stated that OCP acquired the mine of Boucraa, but it is not made clear that the agreement is questioned by the UN ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Madrid_Accords ).

Also, it is stated that the 100% of profits are reinvested in the local community. However this is in disagreement with the story told by Western Sahara actors, and the source for this statement is the foundation under the control of the Morocco government. There are many trustable sources about the unfair explotation of these resources, and the conflict should be more clear in this article.
