There is also a book but I am not sure if that can be referred to if it can the reference is

Psychometrics in Coaching: Using Psychological and Psychometric Tools for Development.
Editor; J Passmore. Chapter Author; E Burke. ‘Using the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32) in coaching and development.’Published by Kogan Page Ltd. 2008 ISBN: 9780749450809

The OPQ, Occupational Personality Questionnaire, is a personality assessment questionnaire launched in 1984.

Often referred to as the OPQ32, it provides an indication of an individual’s preferred behavioural style at work; to help employers gauge how a candidate will fit into certain work environments, how they will work with other people and how they will cope with different job requirements.

The OPQ32 is used in selection, development, team building, succession planning and organisational change.
