Temporary status[edit]

Apparently this SR 1 was considered temporary where it followed surface routes where the Interstates hadn't been completed yet, per this photo taken in Aurora. (This was posted in the comments section of this article; I've figured out the identity of the commentor, which of course would need to be known for credit if the photo were uploaded to Commons, but it doesn't look like he intended for the image to be used in that context.) This is because in 1961, 1962, and 1964 (there was no 1963 map) the route is in a different place every time. (1961 follows most of 306 south; goes east at SR 82) (1964 follows a bit of 306 then I-90 west thru Cleveland, then south) (I'm guessing the picture was taken in late 1961 / early 1962) If this article ever gets a jct list, It might be in consideration to put all 3 jct lists for this area (the infobox will use the major junctions for 1964) Cards84664 (talk) 01:08, 21 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Too many junction lists[edit]

Currently this article has too many junction lists. Typically, we describe the route as it was when it was decommissioned and mention tweaks to the routing in the history section. –Fredddie 00:43, 28 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

However the exception to this is the fact that the route was so short-lived (being described as "Temporary 1" in some areas) and yet it was in a different alignment every year. My idea is to minimize the first 2 junction lists until a consensus is made. Cards84664 (talk) 04:15, 28 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I have deleted them. We only need one. If it really was a different alignment every year, then each alignment should be a separate article. Imzadi 1979  03:01, 29 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
