I recently removed external linksdiff from this article, citing the relevant guideline at Wikipedia:External links. This removal was reverteddiff using automatic tools and without using the article talk page. In the absence of any reasoning provided, such as why this editor feels the guideline should not be followed, I'm going to re-revert and leave a note on that user's talk.
