Conference for football?[edit]

The article states thast Panhandle State's athletic teams are in the Heartland Conference, except for rodeo and football. This is followed by a statement that the school does indeed have a football team. This demands the question, which the article should address: Is the university an independent as far as football is concerned, and if not of just what conference is it a member?
