Financial district vs bank district.

There was an accident in 1938 at the NW corner of 8th and Spring. This article (subscription may be required) in the LA Times, states that it is located "in the financial district." (1st paragraph). I don't know what the difference of financial and bank districts are. If they are one in the same, then this needs renaming and rewriting. MagnoliaSouth ^(talk) 22:19, 16 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
