Current status at ICL

User Snouter (talk · contribs) has discovered that Dr Judson is now in the "visiting, honorary, or emeritus" category at ICL. A Google search narrowed that down to the "an honorary research fellow". Can anyone shed some light on what that means? Is the wording I put into the article good enough? Thanks in advance, CWC 12:38, 10 June 2010 (UTC)

Citations for lead

I wonder whether 14 citations for the statement "Olivia P. Judson (born 1970) is an evolutionary biologist and science writer" might be a little excessive? --Walnuts go kapow (talk) 09:58, 26 July 2015 (UTC)

Especially since the lead doesn't even have 14 words in it, do you mean? :) Actually, I like the way it looks--seems right for a scientist, and I don't think it hurts anything. Would suggest leaving alone, but if you are determined to prune, suggest transferring here to the talk page any refs that might be useful for building up the article in the future. --Hobbes Goodyear (talk) 14:17, 26 July 2015 (UTC)
Nah, I'm not that determined to prune. If nobody else is bothered by it, may as well leave it. --Walnuts go kapow (talk) 09:58, 27 July 2015 (UTC)
