Kriya Yoga

I think it would be interesting to add to the page that the "Om Namo Bhagavate Vāsudevāya" mantra is of paramount importance also within the Kriya Yoga tradition made popular in the West by Sri Yogananda, author of the famous Autobiography of a Yogi. In advanced stages, the Kriyaban (kriya yoga practitioner) is taught to chant the mantra in the chakras. Here's a couple of links that sustain and verify this claim:
