Fair use rationale for Image:Ontourwitheclapton.jpg[edit]

Image:Ontourwitheclapton.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Billy Preston[edit]

I see from a broadcast from one of the English concerts that the lineup changed between England and Scandinavia, and that Preston was not in fact in the English lineup, and that Tex Johnson was. Mason is in none of the footage. Accordingly I've correct4ed my own error and removed Preston from the credits. Cbcbcb4124 (talk) 03:22, 26 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Dave Mason[edit]

The show three days after the one from which this album is drawn includes no Dave Mason. See the video itself and Delaney's band introduction at 35:10: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y4DbsNsK3jY&t=404s

To my thinking, Mason either bowed out of the December 10 show to accommodate George Harrison (i.e. Harrison effectively replaced him for the show), or Mason is not part of the tour and as such should accordingly not be credited on the album. Can anyone clear up this mystery?

As for the Birmingham, UK show on 12/3/69, Dave Mason isn't in the 3-song broadcast from that show either.

Can anyone reconcile his absence from the above two shows with his being credited as present for this Dec. 7 show?

Unless someone can, I'm prepared to remove him from the credits.
