• "it is patrolled by the Ontario Provincial Police." Not mentioned in body
• "The route was originally established in late 1955." Established = designated?
• "The entire route is located in Thunder Bay District." You might want to cite this
• Since the "Notes" column is empty, it should be removed.

• It is something normally only mentioned in the lede as a statistical kind of point. See Don Valley Parkway, Ontario Highway 409 or Highway 401 for some examples from some GAs/FAs.
