• By MOS:DATE, ordinals are forbidden. 12 May, not the 12th of May.
  • I think that it's OK in this sentence (the alternative is to repeat "July" in the same sentence, unless you have a better solution). I've used this kind of wording successfully in FAs. Nick-D (talk) 23:08, 10 January 2014 (UTC)
    • I've had some success using "x days later". Forex off on the 24th of the month could be rephrased "three days later". But I'm not going to get to fussed about it as this is only a GA review.

    • I tend to add a comma for an initial subordinate clause if it's about six words or longer, but that's just me.

    • I think that when I worked in the library, the rule was that only Boston and New York didn't need state identifiers, but that was many, many, many moons ago. I think that we're good to go here.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 19:57, 12 January 2014 (UTC)
