Second Division
[edit]Second Division of the Russian Fleet was under command of the First Rank Captain Vladimir Iosifovich Ber 1st. Rear-Admiral Baron Felkerzam died a couple of days before the battle. Though the flag of Rear-Admiral was not lowered and most of the Fleet didn't know about his death, he was not in command of the ship Oslyabya and of the Second Division. --Yuriy Lapitskiy ~ 20:43, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
