Coding Error
[edit]Something seems to be wrong with the coding on the geobox, but I can't tell what it is. On my computer (Firefox and IE), the image displays at 2816 pixels, making the page layout incomprehensible.Northwesterner1 (talk) 11:49, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
- Fixed, thanks. Northwesterner1 (talk) 21:21, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
Problems with Geology section
[edit]The Geology section is based entirely (a b c d e f g h i j k l m !) on a single source (Orr, Orr, and Baldwin, 1992), which is some what dated, and a single POV at odds with current geological thinking. (See Siletzia for explication.) This really needs to be rewritten, and based on additional sources. ~ J. Johnson (JJ) (talk) 21:55, 8 October 2013 (UTC)
Highest point
[edit]Both this page and this page say that Marys Peak is the highest point in the Oregon Coast Range, and the article itself says that the middle fork of the Coquille River is the southern limit of the range. Any change to make Mount Bolivar the highest point would need both impeccable sourcing and a rewriting of the article to redefine the southern limit of the range, with appropriate sourcing.
