Facts of the case[edit]

The recitation of the facts is incomplete. It completely leaves out the part where Bradshaw confessed to the crime, which is the entire reason the case was up on appeal to begin with. 98.235.32.78 (talk) 06:05, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed, the section is somewhat confusing. Something important (e.g. his confession) must have happened after he asked the police "What is going to happen to me now?".
