Architect nationality ?
[edit]I've categorised Stonorov as a German architect, but since he didn't do any 'architecting' until he was in the US, maybe he should be classed as an American architect ? I'm never sure with these 'occupation by nationality' categories as to whether it's nationality at birth, where they spent most of their life, or where they performed the work being described.... Removed dubious claim
[edit]It has a ref, but read the Soviet Palace article. This is anything but clear, unless you want to say it's clearly dubious! Smallbones(smalltalk) 23:56, 5 January 2013 (UTC)
