Dead Men Attack

[edit]

Why no any info about "Dead Men Attack"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.209.51.139 (talk) 20:41, 23 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It seems to be a piece of soviet propaganda invented in 1939 to get some pseudohistorical justification for the annexation of the Bialystok region under the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact. Bunyakovsky describes these events http://www.grwar.ru/library/Bunyakovsky/DO_05.html as a counterattack of reserve forces without this much hype. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.140.14.83 (talk) 21:15, 17 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It can't be Soviet propaganda. Dead Men Attack happened before USSR was formed, and Soviet was actually trying to hide this information. 91.76.135.149 (talk) 19:54, 17 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It can still be Soviet propaganda. The alleged event took place before the USSR was formed, but the story about the event might not have existed until well after.Tsuka (talk) 10:35, 21 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
