Redirect to Urashima?
[edit]Now that Harizotoh9 has since deleted the "Othohime in Popular Culture" list, this Otohime article is just a sub-stub quality article, and probably should be retooled into a REDIRECT or DAB.
The pop culture list had been the product by other editors in the past, misplaced in Toyotama-hime, as I explained to Boleyn in (my talk page as of here)
I am not really in favor of adding manga and anime reincarnations of Otohime under the Otohime (disambiguation). They are cluttering and an eyesore, and I'm going to section them off under /*In Popular culture*/. --Kiyoweap (talk) 06:59, 22 August 2017 (UTC)
Tamayori-hime
[edit]Along the lines of saying Toyotama-hime and Otohime shouldn't be regarded as equivalent.
In the old joruri puppet play version of the Urashima Taro story localized in Kiso (see Nezame no toko article), the playwright appropriated the name Tamayori-hime for the princess. Tamayori is Toyotama's sister/daughter-in-law.--Kiyoweap (talk) 05:58, 13 December 2017 (UTC)
