Reference link hijacked[edit]

The link in the current Reference 6 –

– appears to have been hijacked by a Japanese(?) website relating to hair care. This is beyond my ability to fix: anyone?

[Edited to add: The other References (1–5 & 7) are linking correctly, but in the External References, "Hampshire County Council's Otterbourne page" is linking to Hantsweb but no longer finding the appropriate page.]
